Thanks to the TSA blog, the rule on liquids within the carry on just got more confusing. The latest post says that 3.4oz of liquids are permitted, not just 3 oz. That being said, I wonder if this rule will be enforced inconsistently like all of the other rules.
One of my great hopes is that the Obama administration gets the TSA straight. I know my local TSA seems to be getting worse in some way. While we have a beautiful new terminal, a few of the agents are so impatient and pushy in moving you through that even I get flustered. If they’re so concerned about wait times at RDU I would suggest they open more lanes. Two of ten is not enough.
